Buyer’s Agency

Through our vast experience in purchasing jet, turbine and piston aircraft, we are able to undertake research and due diligence to guide you through the purchase process. We will act as your agent in dealing with the vendor, and will engage third-party providers to deliver a range of pre-purchase inspections.

Flight Crew Coordination

Our flight crews are comprised of highly experienced, type-rated pilots who are familiar with the specific requirements of flying private aircraft in a range of different operational conditions. All of our pilots undergo rigorous training and are subject to oversight from our Chief Pilot as well as regular proficiency checks to ensure they maintain the highest level of safety and operational proficiency.

Regulatory Oversight

RiseJet will act as the Registered Operator of the aircraft and take responsibility of the operation to ensure that the aircraft is flown legally and in compliance with all of the requirements of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.

Maintenance Control

Our Maintenance Controller is responsible for creating and updating maintenance schedules, monitoring the maintenance status of an aircraft, liaising with the maintenance engineers and ensuring that any defects or discrepancies are addressed in a timely manner. We would ensure that all maintenance activities are undertaken with reliability and financial efficiency as the priorities, and that there are no unnecessary delays in relation to maintenance.

Operational Support

You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will work closely with you to ensure that your flights are planned and executed efficiently, taking into account weather conditions, flight time, and maintenance requirements. Your Account Manager will be available to you 24/7 for any flight requests and will also be able to assist with any other services required including ground transportation and accommodation bookings for your passengers.

Charter Sales

If desired, we can seek charter on the open market to offset some of the fixed costs of the aircraft, whilst ensuring that charter only occurs when suitable and with permission of the aircraft owner. We enjoy a strong relationship with the key private charter brokers in Australia and overseas, and would be able to maximise the utilisation of the aircraft.

Fuel Discount

Through our preferred fuel providers, we can offer aircraft owners a discount on the advertised fuel price at most Australian airports.
